The Singapore government recently announced new measures to counter the spread of COVID-19 and these measures aimed at “circuit-breaker” will be implemented starting from 7th April. Since we are not allowed to dine out during this period, we can only choose to cook at home, order food delivery or take-outs. Therefore we are here to share a few value-for-money deals that some restaurants/eateries have to offer beyond free delivery.
