Paired with succulent lobster tails and juicy Nebraskan burgers, this spirited celebration is set to be an extended month-long indulgence. Available exclusively at Burger & Lobster Raffles Hotel, each cocktail concoction is priced at $18++.
Limited edition cocktail collection
Burger & Lobster’s limited edition cocktail collection comprises five refreshing concoctions priced at $18++ each. The Proposal is a charming cocktail made with Singapore distillery rose, Hendricks gin, raspberry syrup, coconut syrup, lemon juice and egg white. For those who love a classic cocktail, the Reflection of Love is an elegant martini style cocktail made with Hendricks gin, tempus fugit violettes, Alain Milliat cabernet rose grape juice, citric acid and garnished with green grapes. Caffeine lovers will appreciate the ice Hazelnut Rum Latte, which is a blended mix of coffee and alcohol made with Sailor Jerry rum, Black Tears rum, Luxardo Angeiolette, Tempus fugit cacao, Nespresso forte and milk.
Bleeding Heart and Lychee In the City
Alternatively, raise a toast with Bleeding Heart, a sangria-style spritz bursting with Sailor Jerry rum, Black Tears Rum, Luxardo Apricot, Cantine Syrah, orange juice, a tinge of brown sugar, mint sprig, orange and lemon wheel. Finish off the night with the perfect Lychee In the City, a cosmopolitan, long refreshing and shimmering concoction specialty made with a mix of Reyka vodka, old young’s pure vodka, cointreau, kwai fei lychee, citric acid, cranberry juice and Botter prosecco.
Apart from the delicious cocktails, complement the experience with to a 1.5lb wild-caught Atlantic lobster, served steamed or grilled, a choice of four mains, a choice of four sides and all served alongside our lemon garlic butter. The Combo for Four is available at $184++.
