Festive Cookies
No Chinese New Year celebration is complete without the quintessential cookies and snacks. ONE°15 Marina has added modern touches to traditional favourites to give them a unique taste.
In addition to the traditional all-time favourite Organic Pineapple Rolls, this year’s selection include a limited edition spicy Hei Bee Hiam Pineapple Tarts, which features crusty pastry made with luxurious Elle & Vire butter from France and topped with organic pineapple paste flavoured with bird’s eye chilli and dried shrimps.
A European take on Chinese New Year snacks, the Parmigiano Reggiano Cookies is made with premium French butter and 24-month aged Italian parmigiano reggiano cheese that gives it a rich, sharp and nutty flavour.
