Some say that the vouchers cannot be shared with your family members, while some even mentioned that 1 voucher equivalent to $10 can only be used for 1 attraction. Well, these are NOT TRUE at all! Not to worry! Here are all the things you need to know about the Singaporerediscovers vouchers to resolve your confusion and misunderstanding.
What are SingaporeRediscovers Vouchers?
Many local tourism businesses such as hotels, attractions and tours have been suffering badly during the COVID-19 pandemic. SingaporeRediscovers Vouchers are designed to help those core industries and simultaneously to encourage Singaporean to explore and rediscover Singapore. In short, each eligible Singapore citizen will be received $100 worth SingapoRediscovers Vouchers and they can spend on hotels stays, attractions tickets and/or tours.
Furthermore, the Government will also provide a $10 subsidy for child/youth tickets for attractions and tours. Each SingapoRediscovers Vouchers user is eligible to purchase up to six child/youth tickets at subsidised prices for the duration of the scheme.
What are the 5 Authorised Booking Partners?
You can use the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers on any of the 5 authorised booking partners: Changi Recommends, GlobalTix, Klook, Traveloka, Trip.com. The products eligible under the digital SingapoRediscovers Vouchers scheme comprise offerings from attractions, hotels and tours.

How to redeem your $100 worth SingaporeRediscovers Vouchers?
You can only redeem your vouchers digitally via SingPass! Not to worry, its VERY EASY!
Step 1: Pick an attraction, tour or hotel
Firstly, you need to visit the 5 authorised booking partners’ websites and look out for eligible attractions, tours or hotels marked with the digital Singaporerediscovers vouchers icon. For example, let’s say you have decided to book the Gardens by the Bay ticket through the Klook website.
Step 2: Login using SingPass
After you have chosen a date and time slot; click on ‘Use SingapoRediscovers Vouchers’ at the checkout page and it will redirect you to login your SingPass. After you have successfully login, you will have to enter the amount that you want to redeem and click ‘Get Voucher Code’.
Step 3: Activate Child/youth subsidies
Declare details of your family members aged below 18 to receive $10 subsidies for up to six child/youth tickets on attractions and tours.
Step 4: Use the generated voucher code and checkout
Last step! After you have clicked the ‘Get Voucher Code’, it will automatically generate a code for you to copy and paste on the checkout page to use. That’s it! You will receive an email once you have successfully booked!
Are there any physical counters for those who need help?
The answer is YES! Singapore citizens who need help to redeem the Singaporerediscovers Vouchers can visit the physical counters available at the Community Centres/Clubs across islandwide. SingPass account set up or reset the password services are available as well. Furthermore, the authorised booking partners will provide assistance at 69 locations across Singapore; with most located with the 53 CCs.
