The new East Meets West Afternoon Tea menu is now available at MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental Singapore. Running now through the end of the year, this new menu delivers the rich flavours of Western influence blended with Asia’s diverse cooking cultures in one distinctive experience.

Their wide range of rare teas sourced from Asia’s famous tea-growing regions soothes and calms, with bold or delicate notes that suit every palate. At S$52+++ per guest, turn your afternoon tea experience into a special occasion and add a flute of “R” de Ruinart Champagne at S$68+++ or one of MO BAR’s regionally inspired cocktails at S$65+++.

Tuck into savoury delights including the Black Truffle toast with yuzu and chicken mousseline; Grilled Tillamook cheese with avocado puree on multigrain bread; and Crab Masala with garlic chutney.

Delight in the special assortment of sweet treats including the refreshing Black lemon infusion with earl grey orange marmalade and charcoal coux; the sweet and light Chestnut sponge with acai blueberry confit, cinnamon mouse and chestnut cream; and the decadent Mango compote with coconut frangipane and sable tart.
